| ・お打ち合わせの際に、委託計画（委託製品の概要や委託スケジュール等）について お伺いいたします。 -We will ask about the outsourcing plan (outline of outsourced products, outsourcing schedule, etc.). ・弊社の製造環境や対応状況についてご紹介いたします。委託先候補としてご参考にしていただければと存じます。 -Introducing our manufacturing capacity capability and support status. We hope that you will refer to it as a candidate for outsourcing. |
| 機密保持契約の締結 (Signing of Confidential Disclosure Agreement) |
| ・機密保持契約を締結いたします。 -We will sign a confidentiality disclosure agreement. |
| 提案依頼(Request for proposal) |
| ・製品の概要、製造時期、数量等の情報をご提供いただきます。 -A potential customer will provide HPT information such as product outline, manufacturing, and quantity. ・製品の製造方法・製造管理・品質管理等の内容を確認いたします。 -We will check the details of product manufacturing method, manufacturing control, quality control. |
| 受託製造の検討(Consideration of contract manufacturing) |
| ・受託の際に必要となる設備、品質、人員、コスト等を検討いたします。 -We will consider the equipment, quality, personnel, and cost required for manufacturing. |
| 見積りのご提示(Presentation of estimate) |
| ・受託の際に必要となる費用を検討し、見積りをご提示いたします。 -We will provide the cost estimate. |
| 委受託契約の締結(Conclusion of consignment contract) |
| ・委受託契約を締結いたします。 -We will sign a consignment contract. |
| 技術移管(Technical transfer) |
| ・製造方法や分析試験法など、委託先からの製造技術移管をご指示いただきます。 -A customer will transfer HPT manufacturing technology (manufacturing method, analytical test method). |
| バリデーション(Validation) |
| ・各バリデーション（IQ、OQ、PQ、PV）を行います。 -We will conduct validation(IQ,OQ,PQ,PV). |
| 受託製造開始(Start manufacturing) |
| ・バリデーション等に合わせて、受託製造を開始いたします。 -We will start contract manufacturing. |
